Adding ventilation to seats

Quick questions for you guys! I'm looking at trading in my Gladiator on a 2022 Ram Laramie. It has heated seats but not ventilated. What does it take to add ventilation to those? I live in a pretty hot area and love my ventilated seats in the car.

New seats, possibly wiring, and definitely AlfaOBD changes. It's well documented on here if you search for it. Others have done it.
