Found a good deal local to me for a OE Ram bed extender and wonder if this will fit or only designed for Rambox equipped trucks?

I’m not to worried about using it as a bed divider rather an extender (pivot)

Also I do under stand I’ll need to install the mounts or latches. But if you have done this and have pn#’s I’d appreciate those.

I'm pretty sure the tailgates are the same on ram box trucks and regular ones, so it should work as a bed extender. It will not work as bed divider since the bed will be wider without ram boxes. You just need to order the mounts like I did for my truck. I was surprised the truck didn't come with them; I bought mine new.

I Paid $90.00 for these parts, but that was back in 2018.

That will only work on a truck with the Rambox option. Even if you buy the mounting pegs there is no place on a non Rambox bed to install them.

My experience with non-rambox beds is limited to 4th gens, so I guess I can't say for sure on a 5th gen since we've only owned them with the Rambox option. Since the Rambox bed dividers/extenders for 4th and 5th gens are virtually the same I am making an assumption about 5th gen non-Rambox beds. If the non-Rambox beds are the same in this area then they will work, but I suspect the bed structure in this area is different...
