Rebel on 295/70/18 bfg ko3

@soki777, on the suspension, did you do any modifications like the leveling kit? Do you have any issues with the tires rubbing? How is the ride of the K03 on the road?

Hi.
No mods at all... wheels are 18x9 with -12 offset.
My driver side tire rubbed on that little mud flap at some weird angle and after removing it all good. Went light off road and even with full articulations no rub anywhere.

I love ko3. I had ko2 on my jeep and I was very satisfied and now ko3 feels even better. I would say we traction is better than before for sure.
I run them at 38psi and they fill perfect.
Way better then toyos I had before.
Very quiet tire and almost 10lbs lighter then others so ..

I LOVE the look of those wheels and tires!! They just look tough!!

I just wish they weren't so heavy compared to my OEM 20s..a solid 20lbs per corner🥵

I believe around 90lbs per corner.
I I use truck for overland and trails exploring so I need to be able to air down.
Bigger wheels don't work for me as I'm getting less tired. Or I would have to install lift which I don't want to

You're actually at 105.7lbs per corner...Method MR605NV 18X9-12mm is 40.7lbs, and 295/70R18 KO3 is 65lbs.
My OEM 20X9+19mm is 34.2lbs and 275/55R20 is 38lbs...so 72.2lbs total. Your OEM Rebel combo my have been different.
That 105.7lb minus my 72.2 is a 33.5lb per corner that I can not talk myself into...but your combo looks SO F-ING GOOD though!!!🤔😪

**just noticed, you're not MR605, but weight is still about the same.

Wheels are 33lbs each...+ 66lbs tires.
I was wrong by 9lbs ..
Also my OEM were 265/70/18 so not a huge difference if not the same...
You have rebel with 20s OEM?

Ah yes, I stand corrected.
I originally thought you had the MR605s..which are 7lbs heavier than your MR305s.
I'm a 2024 Laramie G/T..with 20s.
I've debated dropping down to 18s, but am probably going Fuel Variant 20x9-01mm at 29lbs and 275/60R20 Firestone Destination AT2s at 42lbs..which will be 1" taller than OEM, but exactly the same weight as OEM (actually a half pound less).
NOT as BOSS as your setup, but my mainly on-road usage works best with this..for now😉

Oh yeah I agree definitely. I had bighorn with 20s prior to rebel and I wouldn't change the wheel setup no matter what. Perfect balance.
I don't think you can even fit this in non rebel.

I'm level-lifted on Eibachs..your setup would fit..I just can't sell myself on the higher weight.
