Hello everyone,
truck in signature. when i got the truck (august 2023), they gave me the security system/tracker thing through the dealership for free (yes i know for a fact i have it).... it was on the ram app thing where i could just simply scroll down and see a map of it there at all times. I just logged on right now randomly for ****s and giggles and its just gone??? when i go into the home page the only thing that is there is the basic milage, fuel, health report, recall, etc. but then when i scroll down i its just Offers and Promotions, Service and Maintenance and the the edit dashboard widget. where the heck did the map go? only way i can see a map is if i click "change dealership" and i can see all dealerships in the area, my personal location but it "cant find my truck" (which is the second issue) how the hell can it not find my truck? Also as stated those are the only things i can see. no more tire pressure or nothing like that, where the heck did everything go??? so questions are 1. Why is it not finding my truck? and 2. Why did the map just suddenly disappear to where i can see my truck location at all times like i used to? 3. Can i add the map and all other viewing features back on the app? 4. Am i an idiot and just missing something or?
