WOW! So the UCA's were reversed! I thought it was pretty wild to suggest it. Glad you got a fix, and that caster number is much much better.
What are the 35's rubbing on?
Here are measurements off my 2019 Rebel before my lift, measured center hub to bottom of fender flare, with 3/4 tank of gas (26 gallon tank)_:
Front driver 22", Front passenger 22-1/8".
Rear driver 23.-3/4", Rear passenger 24-1/8".
With the OP having caster about negative 1 degree, I wonder, is it possible to install the driver UCA on the passenger, and the passenger UCA on the driver?
Would this push caster into negative numbers?
I just checked alignment numbers from several alignments after my lift and caster numbers...
Here is a picture of what happened with my lower shock mounts. It took me several rounds of filing to get enough material removed. Might be time to buy an air file...
I agree with Booogielander, call FOX and talk to them about this.
Not sure if you bought a suspension "package" that included the Fabtech UCAs, but if you did buy a suspension "package" from a shop or such, call them too.
It could be that the Fabtech UCAs may not have enough caster baked into...
This happened to my truck as well... but it was with King 2.5 coilovers from Carli. Spoke with Carli and CJC about a solution and I ended up removing a fair bit of material from both lower spring seats. I have had mine aligned as well (several times), with the last time through a shop that...
Capriciously dropping into neutral is terrible option for a vehicle that no one would place on an order sheet. :p
I've had success with disconnecting the battery and then removing the throttle body and giving it a thorough cleaning, as suggested by others here.
Some of us have also reported...
Happy new year neutral drop support group! Here's an update. Had two years of no drops into neutral after cleaning the TB. Then in October of 2024, it did it once, and then cleaned the TB again right after that incident. It is now January 13, 2025, and it has not dropped into neutral since then...
I agree with your assessment. However, it was about that dirty when I cleaned it two years ago, and it then went two years without dropping into neutral while driving. Maybe my truck is haunted?
I checked for codes with my scantool and there weren't any codes. I pulled the throttle body tonight and cleaned the cr@p out of it, it didn't look that bad to me, but I dunno, here are some dirty pictures to enjoy! Let's see how it runs tomorrow.
