Not sure if you've checked already, but see if the battery terminals are loose. They should be tight on the battery posts. Loose terminals can cause the starter to not get enough electrons. If you're not sure what this is, you could take it to a parts store like O'Reillys and ask them to look at...

Lots of good recommendations in comments. I second the project Farm kinetic rope testing. Might consider recovery products made here in the USA. Specifically, the ones that identify their failure points such as working load limit and minimum breaking strength. Beware any Amazon specials.

When I disconnect the battery, (For whatever system I work on), I only remove the positive terminal.

With the OP having caster about negative 1 degree, I wonder, is it possible to install the driver UCA on the passenger, and the passenger UCA on the driver? Would this push caster into negative numbers? I just checked alignment numbers from several alignments after my lift and caster numbers...

Do you have any photos of the suspension/UCA/spindle? Maybe with the tire off? It might reveal something.
