The brake won't lock up on its own. The owners manual tells you how to put it in neutral. You pull the access cover by the headlight switch I think. But it's for sure in the manual.

You can't get it released. You need power to do it. That's why I'll never use it unless absolutely necessary. It almost stranded me in another state. You can pull the neutral cord to get it out of gear.

Sounds like someone there doesn't know what they are doing. As far as I know, they haven't released a DIY kit or even a dealer option kit. With the new canbus architecture, it's much more difficult (impossible for now).

Sorry to say, you just did a lot of work for nothing. You bought a kit that will not work for the 2025+. Hence the reason your BCM looks different.

Do you know if your truck had the ABS recall? That would have been a reason to flash it? As mentioned in here before, you would have to tell them not to perform that.

At this time, you can't make changes to the BCM on 2025+.

The dealer won't be able to make changes to the BCM to add ACC back. If they replaced the PCM, that should not have messed with the settings. Or are you confusing the PCM and BCM? But yes, if they flashed the ABS module, then you would lose that. I doubt they will do anything to fix this for...

Yeah, I'll never use them again. Had too many issues. And they had to replace my windshield right after install because of a defect.
