BCM is the key word. It's not an easy thing to do on the 2025+. And you still need help from the dealer or the correct equipment. That's why there will probably never be a DIY kit for factory lights.
It is in the engine compartment, left side by the firewall. Has a bunch of brake lines going into it.
Start with the right rear, left rear, right front and then left front. I've done it.
I've not seen anyone post about 2025+ having this issue. The 3rd brake light issue was fixed along time ago. Hopefully, they fixed the rear window on the newer ones. I had it on my 2020 and dealer fixed it for free. No issues anymore.
That's not what was asked. If you read it again, it was asked of there was a way to turn on just the rear view camera only when in reverse without having to hit the soft key.
