Passed the Fit Test. Realized I can run a dual winch setup now .
Lots going on behind the bumper for all the tech.
I'll finish welding it up and get it into our powder-coating booth so I can get it on the truck and run it through some tests!

Starting to cut a new prototype front bumper for my truck today that I've been designing. Here's a sneak peek 👀
Best part is it fits a winch and its even lower profile than the stock bumper! Here's an overlay so you can see how they stack up.
Keeping the radar sensor in the oem location...
Forgot to mention that I tossed some upgrades at the truck a couple weeks back.
Had my boys at Westshore Spring & 4x4 toss them on and get it all set up!
Now on to a skid plate system. Laser scanned the bottom of the truck so designing something to protect the exposed diff, steering, and...
New wheels, tires and suspension installed! Took it for a hoon up a logging road with a ton of washboard and potholes and the truck feels more stable and planted. On-road is improved too, slightly stiffer than stock so the front end doesn't weave and bop or dive during braking.
Wheels: Method...
After the lights, I went ahead and installed the completed Hidden Winch Mount!
The winch Clutch handle is moved to the front of the truck for easy access and we have our hook mount to keep that winch hook from rattling around. This is the Offroad Pkg which comes with our SL-8 Lights to...
This one since January, but have been using the single color 8 gang in my other truck for 5 years without issue. If you go with the Auxbeam I only recommend the ones that have the diecast aluminum base with solid state relays (these are the only ones that are compatible with out mounting kits)...
Had a solid start to the weekend - installed a set of Baja Designs LP6 Lights on my 2025 Rebel using our new OEM+ Light Mounting Kit. Love how the amber backlight matches all the marker lights and how the 6" light fills the open grille area...
Update on the Bumper Mount Light brackets - after 10 different revisions, I'm now super happy with how they fit and how sturdy they are. The front "bracing" bracket is on slots so you can effectively pre-load the bracket to account for the weight of heavier Lights like the LP6. The isolators...
Sorry haven't posted lately, but the work hasn't stopped! I invested in a 3d scanner to speed up development and get the fit and finish that much better. Also have been steaming along on the one that everyone has been emailing me about - A Hidden Winch Mounting System. Here's some pics to bring...
Assembled and Bolted up the prototype Hidden Winch & Skid plate Combo I've been working away on. to test fit. Cant wait to finish welding it and color match it to the bumper. Then to pull out some jeeps.
Thanks for your feedback. These are a prototype and the first version had no isolators. The difference between the two versions is substantial. Always looking to improve so I will look into adding a gusset to help with deflection due to heavier lights.
Ordered some Baja Designs LP6 Pro's for the front, so set off designing a set of bolt on brackets.
A pair of Rubber isolators mount between the bumper and the bracket to damp vibrations, allowing a cleaner light beam when mobbing backroads.
Brackets attach securely to existing hardware in...
