So I learned a valuable lesson with my new 2022: Don't trust the gas miles left in the tank estimate.
I drove by many stations on my way to my favorite Diesel fill up, but ended up on dead on the side of the road despite the readout still saying I had 23 miles in the tank!

I had a similar experience in a Nissan rental a couple years back. I could take my hands completely off the steering wheel for long periods of time and the car would just drive itself. It wasn't marketed as self driving, but it was damn sure close to it.
For anyone still wondering or curious. My limited was ordered before the package changes and the window sticker reflects exactly as I ordered with the tech group not being included with LL1.

I live in snow country where it's common enough wake up to 2 feet of snow on the ground. On my SUVs in the past I have always used snow tires. But when I look around town I see lots of trucks rocking off road tires.

When I was browsing the comma 3 it wasn't clear what I had to buy beyond the actual device. I know you need a special plug in addition. Do you have any info on that?
There's two of us! Diesel was a no brainer for me.
I live at 7k feet so it's either snowing or there's enough UV to fry you in minutes, so the moonroof seemed pretty unnecessary. I have it on my current SUV and I'm not sure I've ever had it open.
