2022 Ram 1500 Lineup Adds Rugged BackCountry Edition

Sure, I’m not saying you can’t get the stuff aftermarket or something similar. I just find it real strange when someone has to come bash something just because they would replace all the stuff in the package. Especially when he is referring to cosmetic things that are purely opinion like his...

2022 Ram 1500 Lineup Adds Rugged BackCountry Edition

Cool, good for you? I am not sure your point. People who buy these packages don’t typically upgrade them and it makes it a really good deal. If you like changing everything on the truck, this doesn’t make sense for you.

What is the estimated longevity of the Pentastar V6?

Wouldn’t be concerned about the V6…that will outlast everything else…probably twice over.

Back up 2-6" with the door open and tailgate down

Every time I go to a dealership (not only Ram) they hype this feature like creating fire for the first time.

Hello from Southern Wisconsin! Go Bucks!

I wouldn’t recommend buying a used truck right now to be honest. And since someone mentioned them, Jeff Belzers is garbage. I especially wouldn’t recommend them if you live that far away. They won’t hold the truck and will call you halfway there to tell you it sold.

Ram Officially Announces G/T Package For 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie & Rebel!

Everyone talking about the lack of actual performance improvement…that ain’t who is buying and interested in this package. Most will be buying it to have the stickers, sport hood, and all the stuff that makes them look cool/fast while driving. Anyone actually interested in performance would go...

BREAKDOWN: 2022 Jeep® Grand Wagoneer Series III:

to be fair those brands changed the name on the front and didn’t try selling a $90k Toyota or whatever. It isn’t like GM doesn’t put massive price tags on some of their non luxury SUCs though.

Poor MPG on 2021 Built to Serve!

My BTS pretty much gets 17mpg with majority highway driving and mine is pretty loaded with all the mpg killing options. 13ish in the city don’t sound too bad.

    Official Built to Serve Thread

The orange doesn’t look bad in pictures, but once it’s out on the road with other vehicles it doesn’t stand out in a good way. That’s just my opinion though, I can understand the appeal to someone who likes a bold and unique color.

    Official Built to Serve Thread

I am a soft roll up kind of person. I just like the fact it can pretty much not exist in a matter of 30 seconds or completely cover the bed if I want. The biggest downside is security. Technically someone could take a knife to it...but that is anywhere from really unlikely to pretty much a non...

Mopar '21 Ram 1500 Special Edition

Why put $8,500 worth of stuff in it when you can put a few thousand into it while calling it ‘special’ because of a few decals and ‘only 240 made’? The reality is gimicky stuff is cheap and it sells.

Mopar '21 Ram 1500 Special Edition

For $8,500 they at least could have given it a special unique color.

Mopar '21 Ram 1500 Special Edition

You are basically paying for the limited edition aspect of it...or that is what it seems. Certainly doesn’t seem like much of a value package. No offense to people that like this, but I always though a “sport appearance” or specifically stripes like this on a pick up truck seem really corny and...

Have you "downgraded" trim level and been satisfied?

I had a loaded Jeep Cherokee. The two things I dearly miss are memory seating and adaptive cruise. But I wasn’t spending enough to get all that in a truck, just too much for me. A lot of the stuff I don’t miss though. Vented seats were pretty useless to me, self park was dumb, rain sensing...

89 octane recommend, does it really make a difference?

I am pretty sure any gas station has someone with common sense ordering their gas. If you barely sell 91 you probably aren’t filling the tank to the top so it sits forever. But as someone said it lasts so long I doubt it’s that big of an issue.
