I’m honestly not sure and nor is RAM. They do not have a solution. I use mine every day, sometimes too much I think. I’ve tried every combination you can imagine with that air to see if it would stop purging. Nothing has worked yet.
I’m documenting like crazy. I have a tally and I email case...
One thing I have noticed lately, is the truck, does not constantly self level. I have numerous friends and family that have same “Limited w/air” setup and they have had 0 issues thank god. I do find that their trucks even with the slightest pressure on the tailgate will kick the sensors to turn...
@1BADRAMLIMITED thanls homie for the communication, I already have an active claim along with previous past claims. I’m hoping at some point someone finally comes on this thread and provides the solutions. Ram has done to fix the problem. If it is me, I gladly will post any paperwork I can...
Same problem here on my 21. Been doing since brand new in January 21. Truck has been in shop 10+ times for air suspension purge. They have replaced compressor, fixes issue for a day. Then truck goes back to sitting uneven, leaning more towards drivers side (they tried to tell me that’s normal...
Hey guys, same issue over here! Leaks like crazy. Felt like I was getting drenched. I have a 21’ with 7k and have taken thru multiple touch less washes without this happening before. Even opened sunroof completely open after leaving washer to check and all seals are in perfect condition with 0...
Just out of curiosity.... once you had headlights replaced, did the issue stop?
Dealership keeps telling me it will happen again and again.
I think I have pissed some people off because I am not letting my foot off their throat on this
I need help with my issue. Dealership does not want to deal with problem. Also spoke extensively with ram customer care. You all are telling me you cannot force dealership to fix issue. The problem has not gotten any better. Need help!!!
That is what I did and the dealership got pissed at me. Still to this day they are not willing to do anything with the headlamps. All ram wants to give me is free oil changes haha. So stupid.
Good question... this is all they can refer to when I continue to bring up the fact that even after 20 minutes I still have water. Now ram corporate will not do anything because they take the word of the dealership. Complete BS
Thanks Jordan, I agree. I have taken this issue as far up as I can with no help from ram. They are going by what the dealership is telling them. It is truly sad when you spen 68k on a truck and they want nothing better then to not have to deal with you. Not a good start to switching from GM
I have moderate to severe condensation building up inside the headlamp “in my eyes, which is enough”. After it is drying it is now leaving water spots and Haze inside the Lamp.
Truck has 1000 miles on it
Dealership sent me a bulletin that says this is normal. There is no way this is supposed...
