this is almost certainly the ICS setting being set as enabled and not disabled. you need to set these for things to work as factory as possible. (without knowing what options your truck has, i can't comment on what WONT work. Cabin Net - ICS integrated center stack : NOT ENABLED Disables...

I've got the files and had great success with updates. Shoot me a message and I'll share the file. Error 15 is a boot micro issue. Try my file if it doesnt work it's time to replace.

If you are ar KR28 you have pre-recall software. When it stops what error does it give? Each number corresponds to a different issue.

Yes it's been done.. Hit up @jimmyfor your uc4 to uc5 harness kit. Aside from the new wires the install is pretty much the same as a uc4 12" upgrade. if you have 360 camera you will need a new camera module. Jimmy can help there too.

What connector is the oem aux panel putting the 6 trigger wires Into? @Jimmy07 your comment has it going into the passenger xy322 connector in pin 3, 10, 11, 14, 16, and 23 vs the oem instructions going to what seems is part of the trailer control harness in pin 2,3, 10, 11, 12, 13
