Was the steering wheel off before the alignment? Sounds like the tech doesn’t know what he’s doing imo. He corrected toe on both wheels while the steering wheel wasn’t straight.

On every vehicle I’ve owned, the compressor clutch when still engage periodically when in heater mode, except the defroster. This is many makes and models

I ended up cutting up a floor mat to fit the defroster opening to block it to help prevent fogging. It’s about 90% effective

It could be that the key fob is too close to the vehicle, or the RF hub is going bad. Make sure there's no water leaking behind the back seat.

I'd like to know too. IIRC the consensus was that they are made better.

Might be worth checking for loose or corroded grounds.

That is wild. First thoughts are fuel problem, vacuum leak, or sensor which seems to have been covered. The AC compressor puts some load into on the engine. Would think live data would provide a clue. What happens with the AC NOT in auto?
