This makes sense. We’ve figured out it has to be wind noise. When we drive into a wind from the front/passenger side, at 75 mph, she starts freaking out. Slow down to 60, she’s fine. Speed back up to 75 mph, she starts looking at the drivers side rear door. So I guess I need to start looking at...
4.17 first gear ratio, 3.21 feels very quick off the line, and doesn’t stay in first gear very long. You’ve got an eight speed transmission, pick the right gear for what you’re doing. I’d rather pull heavy in sixth gear anyway, direct drive in transmission.
Big tires and lift are another...
Cool doggie!! Sounds like your doggie is uncomfortable as well while moving. I’m starting to think it’s the radar in the windshield. My mustang had this radar cruise control as well, but it was in the front grill instead of mounted to the windshield.
Wonder which fuse I need to pull?
Gotta love doggie pics. I bought a sound analyzer app, I’ll do some playing around with it this weekend. Truck goes in for window tint tomorrow, but she’ll be riding with me in my Cummins until we get this figured out.
Lol!!
She’s really easy going, most everything just rolls of her back. She’s had to listen to really good music at high volume, she’s was with me when I slid my mustang off the road at 60 mph, hit a big pile of dirt and went airborne. Always happy and ready to get back in a go again. But...
Yeah, I’ve looked through the fuse box to find a fuse to pull for the radar in the windshield, I’m not sure what to pull. I’ve turned off collision warning and advanced cruise, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t transmitting something.
Thanks for the app idea, I would have never thought of that.
Little help here guys. My border collie loves rides, she’s as happy as can be in my 2500 Ram. But, not in the 1500 Ram, she barks, whimpers, and howls, she wants out very badly. Active noise cancellation has the mics depinned, this didn’t help. I’m at a loss here, she’s never acted this way, not...
