FYI - I just received the update on my truck last night... just when I parked in my driveway and shut the vehicle down, the screen asked if I wanted to update my 12" Uconnect screen or update later, obviously I chose to update now. It then said to put the vehicle in park and have the engine on...

Hi fellow RAM owners, Do the Power Steps need greasing/oiling maintenance? I love my RAM Truck and would like to keep it for a long time. Thanks for your responses.

Power Steps for sure... it makes it so much easier to get in & out of the truck.

I'm not sure if my system updated itself or it came with the 28.1 update but I haven't had an issue for a least a month. I'm crossing my fingers that the problem is resolved.

I had the same issue, dealer tightened the bolts which fixed the issue. My concern is, will the bolts loosen again? We will see...

How do you update?

I live in Canada and I love my 2019 Ram. The air suspension gives you a smoother ride and I don’t have any issues with it.

My truck was working fine for the longest time and then it happened it again... I parked the truck and I let it sit for awhile and then started it remotely and the issue was fixed. Otherwise I love this truck

Ouch!! I wasn't looking for the forum to fix the issue and the problem happens randomly... I have other problems fixed by reading it in this forum by the dealership. So, thanks for any suggestions.

I'm hearing crickets on this issue.... Does this mean that I'm the only person having this problem? Help!!!
