Yeah not so much. I took the screws out and disconnected the two ports. Still wouldn’t come out. Maybe I’m not tugging enough but it’s connected to something. I’m nervous to yank too hard.

My USB-C ports work but my USB ports do not. I believe it's a fuse issue. How the heck do you access the fuse box under the steering wheel? I can see the fuses but can't reach them or see their numbers? Looks like the box can be popped out. Can anyone advise me before I rip the whole thing...

The answer is YES ... you can install an OEM remote start on a 2020 Ram Bighorn with a Level 1 package. Picked up the truck today with two new key fobs.

Now it gets interesting. I raise hell at the dealership and threaten to return the truck. They tell me that they need to get a “3rd party kit” and hire an outside installer to do the remote start. This apparently will take more time to coordinate. Since I don’t really want to return the...

Okay my apologies. I know there are 3rd party options, where I can pay someone to do the install. This would defeat the negotiations I made with the dealer to have them do it at no cost to me. And as you pointed out, dealers are shady so getting reimbursed would be a whole new headache...

Does look nice but I highly doubt the dealership is going to install that in my truck. I could be wrong. I’ll ask. So far no one has had any answers for me.

Yes I do. Checked my paperwork, which states in writing that the part was ordered. Now I’m curious what “part” is on order? :unsure:

If you look at the specifics, it’s for model year 2019.

To clarify, I was told it was on order when I picked up the truck last Wednesday. Today I was told by a different person, there is no OEM remote start for my truck.

I have the Level 1 equipment package which did not come with a remote start. Loved everything else about the truck. Told the sales rep we had a deal if he’d add the remote start ...and here we are. Waiting for a call back. I’m f$&#ing pissed! :mad:
