Just a thought...Look up the part on the Mopar order site (there are some with detailed schematics) and see if you can zoom in on the harness you are interested in. Best of luck.
So it is a serious delay in deployment/retraction. Does it happen with both keys ? I'm just running diagnostics through my head (I write operating systems for living...no not Windows)
Just an interesting test if you could try both keys and then resync the keys to the truck. It is sounding more...
I'm in the same boat. The third party guys get paid every month for as long as you want the warranty.
I think I'm going to contact Chrysler directly or see if Zeigler has anything better.
In reading thru this thread the only reason I can see that the truck needs to be not running is for safety. RAM would end up in a world of law suites if the truck did something while you were standing behind the trailer checking lights and the truck decided to back up over you. OUCH !!!
