Think it comes with instructions. you need to remove the radio, and wire to the passenger side. the instructions are also available online at Zautomotives web site. use Google, or go to manufacturer web site to look at the instructions.
Yes light show. It does work from my remote. But I find works best with ash hole drivers lol. Again read my disclaimer above. I don’t condone breaking any laws. But you do need the unit married to your vehicle. Then you will find a slew of other items that you can access and change. Also… having...
Yes… if you change to LED bulbs you can change that setting. It does change the pulse width modulation. Same time if you are getting error reports due to lights being out, and setting check engine light, you can turn that feature off as well.
I mean it’s a goofy correlation. I understand that…. Don’t know if it’s 100% what changed it. But I would recommend to remove and clean anyways. Report your findings here.
I also noticed the difference. Few things with RAM’s I’ve learned. The ZF’s really enjoy good fluid. Also as stated they do have a flash update for TCU in most of these.
So folks know, I am happy to help those who are around my area. Shop is located in South Windsor CT. Been operating for 31...
This is 72k miles. No towing. I drive spirited… sure. Life time fluid is not life time. I run a shop, we use BG fluids which is fine with ZF. It’s great stuff. The 315 LV. Shop would charge around 500-600… using the proper machine with a cleaner and additive it’s worth it. You can do a fluid...
LOL... agreed... I'm dead sick of this new movement of driving 60mph in the passing lane.
So in the tazer you have an option called light show... You can program this by plugging into your computer and setting how you want them to light up. 2 special menus to make your own... or use the 6...
Hello... This might be useful, or stupid. You decide.
2019 RAM 1500 5.7 non-etorque. 80k miles. oil change every 5k, manifolds replaced. service up to date. (trans fluid exchange has been done. anyone whos at 60k.. I HIGHLY SUGGEST GETTING IT DONE. My fluid was black as night. I don't tow...
So your saying with the MDS off and the torque demand it offers, it seems like it wants to snap off the line? Like rocket ship stuff? or just some noticeable gains. i thought the idea might be like a pedal commander where it adjust the throttle response as well.
i have mine set for slow flash and 10 flashes.. I personally love it. Also love the light mode when *******s are in front of you being dumb. It does scare the bajesus out of them, and usually get out of your way. NO I don't suggest doing this... Off road purpose only.. you know.. lol
Fellow Mass-hole here.. and best buddy is a SP.. SO that being said... If you were to act like a fire/police vehicle you would get in trouble.. The fact one light is flashing up top of the cab, they wont pull you over for it. He's been behind me, he knows about it.. asked for his vehicle as...
ZAUTO IS WORKING ON NEW FIRMWARE FOR THE 22 AND UP THAT WANT TO REMOTE START FROM APP/REMOTE (CANT REMEMBER WHATS NOT WORKING) BUT THEY KNOW OF THE BUG, AND ARE WORKING IT OUT. THESE UNITS WILL HAVE UPDATES LIKE THE TAZER FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND.
NEW NAME ON THE LIST, THANKS FOR REACHING OUT. :)
@RamCares is the way to try and bring attention to the post.
I know this is old, but many I’ve spoke to have given up posting.
Unfortunately most of us are out of warranty. Update PR40.1 has not worked for everyone and it’s not even easy to get ahold of. My radio is now locking up, Sirius...
