You can remove it without reversing anything.
If you plan on doing more alfa obd work you can leave it in. It's sometimes a pain in the *** to remove depending on what cable you have.

Applied power to both terminals (not at the same time) on the window motor and nothing happens.
Jumped power from the red wire at the door power module to the motor also and still no joy. New window motor time I guess?
Tried that earlier but didn't time it, so not sure how long I left it unplugged. I'm going to pull out the door plug tomorrow and go over it again. 🤷♂️
I didn't find any obvious loose, disconnected, etc wires.
The white plug on the door module has power at the red and black wires coming from the door. The black plug with wires going to the window motor has no power. If I push the window button they get power for a brief moment but then back to...
Passenger handle installed. Works. Locks work. Mirror works. Power window on passenger side does not work. Trying to control from driver switch does not work it either. Any ideas?
