Here's something odd. Got my update almost 2 months ago but never got the online search. I just gave up. Yesterday I got an email offering 3 months free trial of Uconnect and I figured why not. After Uconnect came online so did my online search! Coincidence??? Hmmm

Well that didn't last long. Nav completely frozen on drive to work.

Sorry, should have included in the original post. I’ve seen that too when I first start but this happened an hour into a drive. I didn’t think much about it (another glitch) but after a couple weeks I realized that it’s been glitch free, knock on wood.

Is it possible for an update to occur without any user interaction? Two weeks ago my screen started to display the 5 chasing balls "0. 0 0. 0 0" blinking sequentially for about 30 seconds, like a reboot. It's been rock solid and glitch free ever since. (But no pandora). 2019 Limited

Same thing happening with me everyday for the last week. Dealer called me an hour ago telling me there’s a star case opened and they expect the fix OTA in the 4th quarter.
