Taking a video won't do much. Here's why I say that. My wife has a '22 Audi. We've had a bunch of electrical issues that required service. I was sitting at a red light, no cars in front of me and the forward collision alert kept sounding and flashing on the dash. I was sitting still! This...
Why only 2025? My alignment was perfect before the dealership realigned it to spec. Then it pulled right slightly. For anyone that didn't read this entire thread, I got an alignment after installing the Bilstein 5100s and new UCAs.
Just looking for clarity here on what HSKR said. I have a Rebel 12 with level 2 package. There is no tailgate release button inside my truck and no tailgate release button on my fob. So, if I get a fob with the tailgate button and get it programmed to my truck, I can release my tailgate with...
I hope Ford fixed the issue with the 10 speed trans. The programming they had in my '18 was so bad that I won a lemon law suit. The arbitrator said the truck was downright dangerous in traffic after I took him for a ride. He described how the truck performed to a Ford tech during arbitration...
Are you sure? I had a 2018 F150 with the Coyote. It was new and bone stock and that truck was slower than a friend's bone stock 2.7L F150. I was so disappointed in that 2018 that I got rid of it after 6 months. I bought the V8 because I wanted the sound and performance the V8 provides, and I...
It all depends on how the vehicle was stored for years. In 2023, I removed graphics from a 2013 Camaro that sat outside all day in the same parking spot. We get the sun beating on a car, then a quick rain, then the sun beating the car again. That Camaro was garage kept at night and always had...
Exactly the same. Loosen mounts on both sides, remove bolts on one side only and lift the body enough to pull out the top of the mount.
One thing I did was after I replaced mine, I left the bolts somewhat loose and moved the truck to allow it to settle correctly without any binding. Then I...
The pic isn't the best? It's zoomed in with a focus on the crack, not the rest of the hood for reflection purposes.
Here are some pics of before and after the decal, which have been on the truck for 4 years this week. I think there's plenty of reflection.
Yes, I bought it new. Had 25 miles on it when I picked it up. I just waxed the truck about a month ago and it wasn't there then. Saw this tonight after the first wash in weeks. Luckily, every time it rained, I didn't need to drive, so it stayed clean quite long after that last wax!!
You need to do the A pillar and B pillar, top and bottom mounts. Since the cost was so low and dealing with a dealer to find the fix will cost who knows how much of your time, it may be cost effective to do body mounts and sway bar end links and bushings at the same time.
How do the factory tires change anything if you have a lift or level? I have a level with the factory wheels and tires and the Forward Collision Alert is on my dash.
I haven't addressed the 75B recall yet, so I'm hoping my alert is associated with that and not the level. I was fine for a...
2021 Rebel in mint condition. Nothing has ever hit the front end. In almost 40k miles, I have maybe 4 stone chips on the hood. Anybody else notice a crack on the leading edge of the hood? Mine is on the driver side, just offset from the center.
I was washing the truck tonight and saw...
