I didn't hear the chirping sound you have concerns about, but one I found in my truck was the seat belt loop on the B pillar. When I moved around a little, the belt loop would move and squeak. I added grease to the rotation spot and also added a garden hose gasket to take up some of the slack.
Is the 2" ReadyLift using spacer pucks or spring seat relocators? If it's the front spacer pucks, expect that you'll have front end issues after a while.
My '21 Red didn't seem to be a brilliant red when I bought it. I decided to clay it and prep for detailing, but the clay actually acting like sandpaper and caused marring all over.
Because of that, I was forced to compound and polish. The paint looks fantastic and a deep brilliant red now...
I hope the dealer is taking your truck and giving you money back. I bought a new 2015 Charger Scat Pack with leather seats and Nav for $37k. By 2017, the base cost of a Charger Scat Pack was still $39,900.
I had replaced the 2015 (buy back) with a 2017 at $38k (MSRP was $43k). These cars...

I was thinking names in a hat! :p
@Paul B needs to post pics when he gets it installed. I've thought about the hard covers, but the flexibility with these soft covers is great for last minute/unplanned hauling. Congrats
This is definitely a safety issue that would qualify the truck as unsafe to operate. Lemon law should cover this. I'm not sure why they would delay repairs for a software fix that's not available yet, but parts replacement is readily available to fix the issue.
I went to my local dealer today and asked for assistance. The parts department couldn't help at all, and neither could the service department. I took my old bumper and was driving the truck, so they could see both.
So, I went home and got out the Dremel. 2 minutes and DONE!
