Correct, the locking pegs/clips are no longer included on any truck. Gov regs forced manufactures to stop allowing the extender to be used. But that doesn’t mean you can’t get the pegs/clips. Still sold on mopar sites. I got mine from: moparpartsoverstock.com

I have same setup and 3k miles. Just got low 18s on a long highway trip. It is the 3.92 gearing. the 17/22 is for the 3.21 axle

Coming from a 2014 Laramie, I do notice more wind noise in my 2020. I keep looking over my right shoulder to the back, passenger side. However, it could be the panoramic roof.
