I am only 3 weeks in, but I have not experienced any of the issues I have read on this board (except the Sirius XM streaming/360L issue). I was also very worried about purchasing, but I can honestly say this truck is amazing. Go for it.
See this similar thread I started...
I am not sure, but our issue seems to be different than the ones others are discussing here. They had streaming before, it stopped working, and an update brought it back. Ours has never worked and our vehicles shipped with the updates. I still think it is something account related, but I can’t...
I am in the same boat as you. Streaming has never worked, and my Limited is a 10/16 MFG date. I also have the blue subscribe button that you see. I am starting to wonder if this is more of an account issue instead of a software one. I was a previous subscriber and added the radio to my account...
Interestingly enough, I switched back to dealer demo mode and was, briefly, able to use streaming. I wonder if this is more of an account issue then a software/firmware/hardware issue....?
I just thought I would drop my version numbers in here for general info, considering my truck was built on 10/16:
Software version 18.27.17
App Version USA-KR-SBX-20.16.0-20180703-k0AC
Bootmicro 18.26.01
Version 1.20
SXE DL Version SXE_DL_V1.20.12
Satellite module firmware 11.44.0

I received a call yesterday from someone at SXM. They acknowledged that I am not the only one experiencing this issue, and it has been escalated to the 360L team. The CSR promised SXM would follow up as they get more information about the issue. I will let everyone know once (if) I get...
I called SiriusXM today. The CSR actually seemed knowledgeable about the 360L feature in our trucks. She asked me to click “my account” in the SiriusXM profile screen. When I told her that it was not listed as an option to even click, she put me on hold and spoke with someone on “360L team.” She...
Day 3 and no problems to report. The only thing I can find is a broken connection to streaming of SiriusXM channels (360L), but this is either software related (hopefully) or a problem on SiriusXM’s part.
Does anyone know how SiriusXM taps into an internet connection for streaming purposes? Is it through the Ram’s built in cellular chip designed for vehicle WiFi, through a paired phone (Bluetooth or hard connection), or does it have a separate cellular chip?
