Boosted applications love higher octane. Not sure if you can run E85 in these, but that's damn near race gas for forced induction when you have enough fuel pump and injector volume and a proper tune to dial up the timing and boost.- Scap

Probably something to do with the engine replacement. Look for a loose or unconnected ground.- Scap

Time for basic electrical troubleshooting: Ohm out the sensor. Check the plug to see if you have voltage/ground. Trace the wires back to make sure they aren't cut or disconnected.- Scap
