I have the same problem with my 2016 Rebel, exactly the way you described. And yes, its been to three different dealers, all incompetent with no fix.

My order was placed in the first week of September, got a call from my dealer that my Rebel is built and in Michigan .

The problem I have, is that most to all dealers near me are incompetent . I would not trust them to put air in the tires. Whenever I took in my current and previous Rams to the dealer for whatever reason, they either did not fix the issue or damaged my truck by giving me a door ding or a paint...

I have a Rebel on order and due to be completed the end of this month, getting a little nervous with this clunk thing.. Should I put my order on hold until the factory can resolve the issue.

I guess That I will be having the same results with my new 19 as my 16, cool but never cold.

My 2016 Rebel was cool, but never cold. I was told that's the new Freon that is being used today.

That's the way I ordered mine, no air suspension. Excited to see how it rides with the coil suspension. Thanks for the replies
