Well I heard back from RAM. They said it will not be covered. Per warranty, if damage is caused by elements such as dirt, dust and mud, they do not cover it.
So my 4x4 off-road (Warlock) package truck, isn’t covered for damage caused by driving down a dirt road or muddy road!! Very surprising...
I did, I don’t know if that’s the exact same number, but I went to Rams website and started a chat and then they connected me with someone. They’re looking into it and they’re gonna get back to me in one to two business days. I really hope they stand up for their product!

I have a 2025 Warlock, 2,500 miles on it so far. Amazing truck and love the new Straight Six!! and have been having the same issue for almost 1,000 miles now. Took it in and mine was covered by dirt and mud. I do have to drive down some dirt roads and depending on the rains, they do get muddy...
