no that is not normal as another person stated the Hemi is a very quite motor that sounds like lifter issue , they need to fix it , good luck.

I always wonder why you get told they cant get the unit on back order , but someone on the site searches and fines 5 of them some place ? I made the mistake of thinking the dealers are all linked in inventory but I see that is not true nice work in finding these units.

Some one on EBAY was selling a new unit the whole MGU unit in the box for 2,500 did not look like a dealer just kind of intresting to see , A guy on tick tock rebuilt his also like really documented also.

That sounds like the exhaust manifold bolts if it goes away after it warms up or gets more quite I would have them fix it , it wont hurt anything just annoying, you can run it in to another dealer.

I had a 06 grand cherokee I bought with about 50k on it 5.7 it said in the car fax water pump replaced at 32k , just should not be like that I agree.

IF we or you can go into the MGU and replace the bearing that failed wonder why the dealer just dont try that ? seems you can get a bearing for it faster then the Mgu unit.

Higher Octane , 89 OR better .

I have Ran a couple sets of the AT3 COOPERS ,I think the AT2would work good also.
