I'm beginning to believe it, this might be my only ram truck to own!

Dealer said the fix for center cluster theme going back to default will be available in 1st quarter 2021. I thought it was already supposed to be out! Anyone know why it takes so long? Is this a common problem with new 19 rams? Alao, anyone else's a/c come on by itself when not in auto?

They still can't fix, it is up to date!

My ram is up to date, but the theme in cluster still goes back to default, when will this get fixed, been over a year!

They replaced radio, and I'm sure they installed latest updates, but theme still goes back to default in cluster!

My first time owning a Ram product and my touch screen keeps freezing, nothing works when you touch it, and also the theme changes back to default the next day in the center cluster only, 8.4 inch stays the same theme . Anyone else with these problems?
