Noise from tires after installing new shocks.
II have a 2016 RAM 1500 with 73000 miles. I just had struts and shocks replaced. Immediately I noticed what I would call a scrubbing sound from the tires during slow (10 to 30 mph) turns. It is the sound you would hear if a tire was being pivoted (steered lock-to-lock) with no forward movement...- Ray Zimm
