I had the same issues and ended up buying a wireless android auto adapter. I bought the motorola mA1 adapter and as soon as I get in my truck it links up to my phone instantly. no more issues. i did have to get a wireless charger so it wouldn't try to link up twice whenever I tried to charge it.
It's the local dodge dealer here in Brandon Florida. The mechanic that checked my truck actually had one so he knew what to look for. Replacing the rack and pinion definitely fixed it.
Hmmm. I upgraded the 3.5 dash speakers and they sound great. Actually overpowered the door speakers so I upgraded the front door speakers to some infinity primus 6x9s through Crutchfield and they actually sound worse. Hardly any bass coming out of them. Any advice?
I had the same problem with the grinding noise when taking a sharp right turn. Took a few times to get the dealer to acknowledge the problem but they were able to replicate it and replaced the rack and pinion. Problem completely went away.

Quick question. I installed the Tazer DT without updating it. I noticed that the menu would come up and disappear. Hard to change things but managed to make a few changes. Can I just unplug it and update it or should I unmarry it then update? It's hard going through the settings when it keeps...
Well I took my truck to get looked at and of course they couldn't reproduce the issue but he did look into it and they are aware of the problem. Just no solution yet. I took a copy of the case number if anyone is interested in looking into it.
I'm having the same exact problem with my 2019 Laramie with 30k miles on stock 20s. Feel a weird vibration on the pedal and steering when taking a slow right turn. Happens randomly.
