Why doesn't everyone join the American Paint Horse Association, Mustang Heritage Foundation, etc before buying new?

I joined Tread Lightly to get my Affiliate Pricing... Two points, first as @Rob5589 stated, they do not have to accept the affiliate pricing if they don't want to. Second point is that invoice price is imaginary and you can get far better deals that 1% under invoice through negotiations...

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Thanks, I was wondering if it was available elsewhere.. once you're already on the lot looking at door stickers..

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Sounds like a decent deal on 2020 to me. I was going to mention that in CA 2020 Longhorns are on dealer lots, previously I've only seen Big Horns. I would assume that means that they're going to start feeling pressure to move the 2019s right quick.

    Price negotiated from MSRP

I'm not sure in any of that how I'm making any assumptions incorrectly. The Dealer wasn't thrilled with selling the vehicle at Affiliate pricing, and it was still in transit. I received all the numbers and confirmations over the phone and email, I was required to provide my control number to...

    Price negotiated from MSRP

True, HD discounts aren't in line with those on the 1500's, and especially in CA, the Power Wagons are even seen as more like Halo vehicles with prospects for large dealer markups. The dealer that would accept the Affiliate pricing still wasn't too keen to do so (the truck was actually still in...

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Not for me on a Power Wagon. MSRP $67,555 - affiliate price of $62,219, so that's actually less than 9% but doesn't include any other available rebates.

I also just found out yesterday that you can't stack the USAA with Affiliate pricing, either.. so just an FYI

What's up with Huntington Beach, CA? Are you saying that when they advertise their Dealer Discount and Rebates separately, that's not the case and they're actually advertising limited qualifying rebates included in their stated dealer discount?

And it's a top secret, mystery incentive!

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Where are you seeing a national incentive for 15% off MSRP for any trim of 1500? The only national one I see is the 20% on-lot Big Horns. Rebel, Longhorns and Limited are only showing $1,500 cash back or 0% for 36 months when I search for local incentives.

I'm pretty sure that's 100% the truth. In order to qualify for the incentive they need to have already been in dealer inventory for a certain period of time.

    Offroad Package

Is everybody else seeing a scarcity of Offroad equipped 1500s? I can't find a Longhorn with the Off Road Package in the entire state of California.

    New Cab on HD's?

Pretty sure he revised that to be 2022-2032 time frame. In other words, if you're waiting.. you need to be content waiting a long time. The Classics are still being built at the factory that needs to be retooled to build new 2500 cabs., FCA is still make gobs of money off of them and the last...
