I have an Escort and purchased an RJ11 to USB and ran the wire over and down the A-Pillar and under the dash to the switched charging USB Port. Clean look and it works fine.
Read this thread below discussing lighbar issues. On 2025, you will encounter trailer warnings. The lightbar should still work, though.

Skater and I got it figured out. His works. You have to wire your lightbar into the factory taillight harness directly. Be warned, I have aftermarket LED taillights, and two different light bars did not operate correctly. Putco and OPT7. Most likely due to the aftermarket taillights. I prefer...

Seems about right but they can enable this feature at the service department. Again, this should be something available in the UConnect system like previous years.
UPDATE: RAM Customer Care involved and Service Department replaced Drive Train Control Module (DTCM) to resolve. Screen still flickers but was informed a future update should fix this. Waiting for RAM Customer Care to compensate me.
The Service Department is now replacing the Valve Body, hoping this will remedy the issue. Apparently, Ram Support provided this direction to the service department. I was also informed that the Proximity feature will be disabled, as there is a known issue, and a future update will resolve it...
