Seems about right but they can enable this feature at the service department. Again, this should be something available in the UConnect system like previous years.
UPDATE: RAM Customer Care involved and Service Department replaced Drive Train Control Module (DTCM) to resolve. Screen still flickers but was informed a future update should fix this. Waiting for RAM Customer Care to compensate me.
The Service Department is now replacing the Valve Body, hoping this will remedy the issue. Apparently, Ram Support provided this direction to the service department. I was also informed that the Proximity feature will be disabled, as there is a known issue, and a future update will resolve it...

Agreed. I'm persistent and proving a point with them. Keeping them on the hook for this and forcing them to address it BUT if the BS continues, yes at some point I'll pull the plug and take it to a different service department.
The funny thing is that it also bumps or nudges forward on its own...
All good responses. Update: The Transfer Case is still actuating with stock bulbs installed so it is definitely not the Lasfit LED Bulbs. Taking truck back to RAM this week to continue troubleshooting this major issue.

This is a a programmable feature that your service department can disable. I just had mine enabled as the option did not exist in UConnect System and did not work from the start.
And after 3 months and 4200 miles later, the infotainment system is being replaced. Symptoms: random screen flickering and screen locking up followed by 10 second buzzing sound then reboots itself. Technician at service department fortunately was able to duplicate this issue. New system ordered...
