I too had a 2019 Ram bought new put 72k on it and never had first issue with etorque. trade it in on new 2023 Ram 5.7 for lower miles on new one last year for 5.7 hemi. have 25600 on 2023 with etorque and no issues at all on anything same as the 19.
hahaha...here is one that's not a hoax.....They (The Feds) approved a big raise on my Social Security Checks for 2023. Feds have made the largest inflationary hikes in my 67 years on this planet yet! That raise when it hit in the middle of the pond the wave never hit the shore what so ever...
Thanks for the input! Makes good sense for sure. I went ahead and ran the 5/20 just like I have in the last three new 5.7 I had new. I just never felt comfortable with the 0/20 being too thin on start up and not used for most all the life of the 5.7's. I agree with you. I think I will stay with...
I really don't think the 23 year would have any thoughts to MPG Improvements since they knew the 5.7 was going away. I don't think 0/20 over 5/20 would provide any better or significant MPG increase as well. The Lower compression on 2023 over the 2019 I had helps with fuel cost since it no...
Thanks for your thoughts. It must be the for that reason for cold starts better lubrication. I also noticed from 2019 to the 2023 the Compression Ratio changed slightly as well not recommending Plus fuel for the 2023 any more like it did for 2019 as well.
Okay....well I never had a 2022 just the 2023 and had a 2019 before that so it changed for the 2023 I have now from the 2019...thanks for correcting me it was very helpful.
Agree I have done same with even more weight with out airbags using my stock air suspension and the truck does just fine and the last 5 I have owned as well all laramies. Changing nothing but stock tires out to Michelins.
Can do the same thing with a 1500 Ram properly equipped without any issues at all unless your pulling over 10 to 12 k all the time long distances for much savings over a 2500 HD in Ram trucks..
The TRX is most certainty the most decked out 1/2 ton truck on the road bar any for sure in my opinion. Its an awesome truck. I enjoy my Hellcat and could imagine dropping my hellcat motor in my Laramie Ram would be a treat!
