What I thought as well but none of them will load. Didn't know if anyone else had a work around for this as I am stuck on S20.10 software. Working fine, just wanted to update it.

This is a 2022 UConnect 5 radio in a 2019...Wondering if its sees the 2019 VIN and refuses to load the update.

Have a uConnect 5 12" radio in a 19 Rebel. I have tried every file in the google drive account and none of them will load. All say incompatible with this vehicle warning. Anyone have a workaround for this? Guessing since it sees the older VIN in the radio, it refuses to load.

Same steps I followed the first time as the video and still have disabled park sense with any value higher than 2557mm however mine is a 19 but can't think that would make a difference.

Won't work...If you go over 2558mm with alphaobd...It disables park sense with no ETA for a fix per engineering. Only fix is to buy the cable that installs behind the cluster currently.

I've worked in multiple dealerships and looks like you got a SA going rogue...Need to take it up with the SM and if that does not work, Ram Cares...As said they get paid as it's a customer satisfaction requirement with no requirement to prove something is wrong with this particular TSB.

The TSB states if the customer describes the problem...Perform the TSB...Not sure why they are not going ahead and doing it.

Here is the TSB that is referenced. Just did the update myself on mine and it seems to have fixed my issues.

One of the first things I did was remove it, had Line-X shoot both sides for $75. Best investment on my black Rebel.

There is a software update for the UAV radios that should address these issues. The TSB is attached.

I used the DT2019 Powernet on mine...Might see if it will talk using DT2020 Powernet. Alpha for Android is $50.

What tire size did you go to and what size in mm did you set it to in Alpha? Anything over 2658mm disables my park sense in Alpha.

The filter is integrated into the pan and is $250-300 alone.
