I have been running the INFOTAINMENT package for a couple months now, perfect OEM fit and operation. The truck has even been into the dealer for a software recall and came back with mirrors still working as they should. I made a huge mistake by getting a truck with the tow PACKAGE rather than...
Hey y'all ...
Took my '19 out to Hungry Valley SVRA at Gorman yesterday. Had a total blast. She's a big girl but still does quite well on trails in sand and mud. Tried most of the gear, 4WD auto, 4WD high, 4WD low and rear locker (great for 2WD rooster tails in the sand lol). The powering...
Hey y'all! A few updates on my '19 Bighorn ...
Got a set of Rebel wheels with Goodyear Duratracs (which ended up howling like banshees) - replaced tires with BFG KO2's (nice and quiet). ReadyLift front level rides and handles great. Added OEM RAM front and rear mud/splash guards and rear...
Finally got the ReadyLift 2" level UCA kit on, then the Rebel wheels/tires and also FINALLY got the right mirrors from Infotainment.com (backorders) - and now I have POWER-folding power mirrors with BSM etc. and of course a butt load of photo filters because I like to.
Really enjoying seeing...
Got my truck back for the "clunk when turning", and "clank when starting". Neither resolved by the dealer. RAMcares wants me to take the truck to a different dealer.
My Infotainment.com parts finally arrived after a one month delay. Nice parts, all oem MOPAR. BUT, they sent the power folding mirrors WITHOUT blind spot monitoring light, and heated. Mine should be WITH blind spot but WITHOUT heat. Anyway, hopefully they will replace them quickly.
Hey y'all, got my truck back today. It went in for the "front end clunk when turning", loud noise at start-up, and gas tank filler not allowing the pump to ... pump. They replaced my starter and did a software update. They re-torqued my cab / frame bolts and told me to angle the tip of the gas...
Hey y'all ... I got my truck back from the dealer today (3 days in service dept.) - one of the issues it went in for was the "clank" at start-up as documented in the video I posted in this thread earlier. Anyway, they did some software updates and replaced my starter. Time will tell if it has...
Ordered kit from INFOTAINMENT.com as well, they still haven't shipped. I got the 10% deal. I will be patient a little bit longer, but not a lot longer lol.
I asked them specifically about the BLIND SPOT feature and they said all features will be there according to my VIN. Kit is supposed to arrive in a few days.
Yeah, bad and not getting better. @RamCares has created a case for my "front end clunk when turning" - the truck is going in to the dealer Dec.10 for both the "clunk" and the "clank".
INFOTAINMENT did do a power folding TOW mirror kit for the 09-18 models, I suspect they will do the same after the 2020 RAM 2500 HD comes to market. They order the parts directly from FCA once part #'s are available.
Yes the above is what they told me too.
I asked them about retaining my Blind Spot Monitoring System and they said "You will provide your VIN upon ordering and we match the mirrors to the features your truck currently has."
My kit arrives this Friday!
