Any recommendations for someone with the off road group?

Just an update, they replaced the MGU and it turns out the hybrid battery pack is now bad and needs to be replaced. It's been 2 weeks at the dealer.

My ram cares case manager got me a new MGU coming in on August 3rd. I was able to get rental reimbursement but my case manager says they will only reimburse up to $45 per day

My dealer is habitually out of loaners, I am going to attempt to get them to rent from enterprise directly for me.

Yes i did immediately. It was only resolved after I dragged the dealer through the mud in a google review. My dealer is in a large Army town, the backwards flag did not go over well lol.

I was about to pull the trigger on a Vroom sale but I backed out because of this issue. There are people all over Facebook complaining about this exact issue. I wish you luck friend.

Have you tried talking to VICE Design here on the forums? They sell the 5th Gen Hidden Winch. Maybe they know something.
