Nothing. You just take it out of the sealed bag and place it in the left side phone charging station (there is a small card icon there) and it will start the truck with that credit card in that spot with no fob.

Mine is a Tungsten, so I guess I'm not sure which ones come with the card or not? Ironically, I bought mine out in SD! The dealership didn't tell me the card existed, I found it in the glove box when I got home.

I haven't had it happen for a while now (knock on wood) but last time it happened I tried the credit card key you get in the 25's and it started right away. I keep it in my wallet with me all the time now.

On my 2025 Tungsten EVERY time I hook up a trailer, weather it is a 4 pin flat or a 7 pin round, I get a notification to check trailer connection and a light is out. All the lights work correctly every time, but I still get a notification saying something is out. Annoying.

I don't think that is it. I believe there is a "time out" period where it stops communicating with the truck. If you leave the fob in there or close to it, the red light will blink for a bit, then stop and not blink anymore. I have left my key fob on the dash in my truck since the day I bought...
