So after reading another thread on here about oil and looking in my owners manual, I have found the manual itself has conflicting information and likely needs to be corrected.
On page 369 it shows the first material standard MS-10902 as the standard. Then on page 370 it further reinforces that...
So the manual itself references two different material standard numbers and different brands of oils. Page 369 and 370 list one standard and mention shell rotella. Page 424 lists another standard and says the penzoil euro.
Is the truck or the sensors dirty? The manual says that is the likely reason for getting that message. If the sensors get dirty you will get that message and the triangle lights will stay on until the sensors are cleaned off. If they are not dirty at all then maybe the sensors lost connection...
