I purchased my 2019 in June, 2019. I turned 55k miles last night. My issues have been fairly common: a bit of yellowing of the plastic bits on the ivory tricoat pearl, leaking CHMSL (fixed), cracked rear window frame (replaced under warranty), ill-fitting Rambox tops, groaning steering box...
One thought - have your battery checked. With all the electrical stuff on these trucks, strange things start to happen if it's not 100%. Not sure where you are, but your 2020 battery could be 3+ years old and affected by winter cold. I had similar thing happen a couple times - same warnings...
Everyone knows Longhorns and Limiteds aren't supposed to get dirty or be used as real trucks! They're pavement queens and cowboy Cadillacs! *end sarcasm*
My '19 Longhorn with 26k miles is starting to show similar signs of wear on the floormats. I have not had positive experiences at local...
You might want to invest in tailgate support bars if you're worried about the cables:

Note the lack of JEEP branding anywhere on the Grand Wagoneer. Stellantis thought a $100k Jeep would not fit in with the brand's profile. The Volkswagen Phaeton is coming to mind - amazing vehicles in their own right but crappy dealership/service experience. Service departments worked on...
Audio files from a couple days before going to dealer and the day I picked it up. Dealer applied a TSB but did not fix the issue. It's back at the dealer now for further investigation.

Subscribed for the results of the Carli install if/when you do it. I was going to install their system on a Mega Cab I ordered years ago but never purchased (long story). Their kits are amazing and I can't wait to see what they do on the new 1500's. I'm very interested!
Upgrade the Ram! Another to look at if you are willing to wait a little longer is Carli Suspension our of Lake Elsinore, CA. They're in final R&D for DT Rams, saying their packages should be out in late 2020. http://carlisuspension.com/
My '19 Longhorn 4x4 with 3.92 LSD rear end just started doing this too at 12k miles. As noted, it is worse when turning one direction then backing up in the other direction. The rear diff grinds and starts clicking as I straighten out. I have a list of things for the dealer to look into at...
After watching this thread forever and seeing the recent deals, I pulled the trigger on a Longhorn. My requirements were new saddle/black interior, RamBox, 3.92, limited slip, 20" wheels and NO sunroof. Sticker build date 0517. I tried hard for 30% off, but the truck was on the lot for less...
