I find mine is also uncomfortably hot in certain areas, yet almost without heat in other areas. Almost as if the heating element is not uniformly applied. That is how i would explain mine.

You may want to post how many miles you have on your vehicle. There is a breakin period for the trans to learn your driving style, but even when new, mine was not that jerky.

So far, with only one AS failure (pump); I would get it again. If the failure reoccurs, I would reconsider and may not go FCA when I trade. Seems like this is not a new issue to the 2019 models and I would consider this bad engineering if it happens again.

My dealer gave me free use of a 2015 Grande Cherokee for the 9 days i was without my truck. They replaced the pump and all seems to work now. They said fca wanted the pump back to see what failed. So far, 200 miles later and all is working.

Max speed in some cases is set at the rated mph of the tires. May be other cases as well. Reflash is one way to change this.

Looks a lot like the Mopar I bought with my truck. Only issue I see is comparing the 2018 rambox with 2019 rambox, the 2019 has a gap that is twice as wide between tailgate top and rambox.
