My 23 Big Horn 3.6L was quiet last summer but once the cold weather + winter gas hit I have the dread 2000 RPM growl. Are those resonators hard to install?

Thanks all, was hoping it was a symptom of my noisy cold start but sounds like most of you are saying it's totally normal.

In other words does it feel like it's braking a little bit or do you not notice at all? I definitely notice something on my 3.6 etorque but I'm wondering if it's by design or a symptom of another problem. Sometimes when coasting to a stop I feel a braking force a little bit for like 2 or 3...

I can't be sure yet but the chirping noise seems faster after the second repair than before. Could rerouting the belt a different way cause something to spin faster? that faster spinner could be the problem. Just spitballing, I've watched a lot of teardown vids but I'm no mechanic.

When cold starting especially in cold/freezing weather my truck started making a noise like a bad bearing, something metallic rubbing and chirping. It lasts for about a minute or two and then runs normally as far as I can tell. No engine/service light. I took it to the dealer at like 1200 miles...
