Update… pull straight up from the rear to get the tabs to pop out, work your way forward, then use the front slider lock button to release the whole assembly. There are a total of 6 tabs, then the tabs that are actuated by the slider release button. Work slow and careful, lift straight up...

There are not screws. The trim piece is held by clips. Use a flat head to gently lift the trim piece from the cup holder side of the trim, the clips will come loose. Then you can place the insert and replace the trim piece. (5th Gen ram rear cup holder insert replacement)
