I’m curious if anyone else has encountered this issue and has a good recommendation for fuel spouts:
I have 3 gal rotopax fuel cans with the epa designed locking fill spout. I have had to use it a couple times while out in the bush and realized since the 5th gen ram (and a number of other cars...
Just following up with my last comment. I took a pic of the wheel well on level ground and you can really see here. Any more offset whether that’s from the rim or a spacer/adapter and that tire will definitely be touching the liner.
So when you get the off-road package like this, they do level the front +2” and when I bought the bumper you have the option for a 2” lift option, which I did not pick, because I did not know it was leveled. You can get a flush bumper from ADD, but you gotta pick the right one.
Old pic, but you can see how close they are. When the tire is turned completely inboard, it gets mighty close to the bottom trim and that’s on flat pavement. If you’re going to trim and modify, I would start by removing that piece of plastic.
The stock wheels (which I am still running) are +18, and right now with the 35s, I have a fraction of an inch from the trim at the bottom of front wheel wells when the tires are turned completely in. Without a lift, I do not imagine you can decrease your offset at all without modifying the wheel...
So I know they are factory leveled on the frame with +2” in the front on my 21. Are you looking for distance from ground to top of the wheel well or center of the hub to the top? I’m running 35 Atlas Primas with very little rub on stock suspension (only grabs when wheel is locked out)
Hey everyone, thought I would share some pics and impressions of the 21 Rebel I bought new just over a year ago. Just shy of 30k on the odo with plenty of terrain. Here are the problems I have encountered:
1) Front sway bar links are not built great, they shake loose when driving on rough...
I have been dealing with this problem since I got the truck, like you all said, right around 3000 miles with my ‘21 rebel. I’ve tightened the sway bar links a number of times, and now around 15k miles, it has the same symptoms without any loose sway bar links. Does anyone have suggestions or...
I bought and installed one of these a few months back and it looks great. Let me know if you have any questions on winch mounts, clearances or anything else. It was a pain in the rear, mine took nearly 12 weeks to ship and 6 hrs to install.
