Tailgate open message
I had the same problem with a Roll N Lock cover. No matter what I did, even if the tailgate-open warning went away, it always came back shortly. The fix for it was actually very simple. Probable fix for tailgate sensor problem with bed cover installed
I had a Roll N Lock bed cover put on yesterday. Same issue. Tailgate open sensor kept showing up. Tried everything, but even if it temporarily went away it kept coming back. Found problem.
