What's the downside if there is not enough MOPAR friction additive in the rear diff with limited slip. In other words, if I didn't get a full 5oz of the friction additive in the rear fluid, what will happen?

Question: I was going to take my Ram into a ASE certified mechanic I use and he told me he would need to flush the transmission to get the fluid out of the torque converter. Is that not the case? Asking because you said not to flush the tranny. Thanks.

Ok, thanks for the reply. I'll get the Redline. I use 4wd a lot since we live in the mountains and have snow frequently. Also, I use auto 4wd to come up our driveway, even if there is no snow because of the steep incline.

I see you use Redline MT-LV 70W/75W GL-4 for your transfer case. Is your transfer case a 48-11 with 4wd auto? Any issues cause I'm getting ready to do my first transfer case fluid change? Thanks.
