I have reached out to Ram Cares and the dealer about my 2020 limited, received a case number and they closed it after I got off the phone apparently and I spoke to the dealer service manager in Corbin who was going to get back with me but never did! I keep my truck garaged and had it leave it...
I tried to get my dealer in Corbin KY to assist and even asked about what Ram Cares told me over the phone about cost share and that some were doing an 80/20 cost share. That was over a week a go that the service manager said he would look into it and get back with me.
Not a peep.
I would do that and have talked with my service rep at DonFranklyn Corbin KY and waiting on his response for the “cost share” that the Ram Cares spoke about during our call. Hopefully but not holding my breath. Been waiting for couple weeks for a response from the extended warranty I purchased...

Hopefully some one will put together a kit with the 12” screen, new TomTom maps, etc so we can just plug and play with all over the air updates in tact including logging into my home Wi-Fi for map updates!
I received a work around instruction from RAM customer service and that to was inaccurate.
I did go to "where to" and select state, put in city, next put in the street, Now the street address box is gone (never comes up) this was there in the beginning. Going back to the dealer soon!!!!! spoke...
I agree that the consumers shouldn’t be paying to BETA test anything especially safety items like blind spot monitoring, collision avoidance etc! Everything sold on the open market should have been Vetted and proven reliable prior to the sale to the consumers. I have posted on the NHTSA website...
It’s sad that we paid this much for a piece of equipment only to find out it doesn’t work and requires more money to update often and it still doesn’t work!!
