Well, I finally moved from the "thank god I don't have this problem" to the "oh god I have this problem". My 2021 5.7 eTorque Limited 1500 had been issue free for 26,862 miles until I tried to return from an errand last week and the truck wouldn't start (dashboard lights going nuts, start button...
Like others have said, I highly recommend the Heininger stabilizer bar https://amzn.to/2YdX47u
I also recommend the Heininger 4016 divider https://amzn.to/2NFhjZR
In addition, I highly recommend the heavy duty collapsible crates from BigAnt. Very heavy duty, collapses down to a few inches if...
I have the factory tonneau cover and I love it. Works fine with MFT, easy to open or fold back, easy to take off/put back on, and excellent protection from weather/rain.
It's my most favorite feature on the truck (and my Limited has just about every feature). Not sure how MFT would be any different than a normal tailgate regarding winter, but maybe others can chime in on that. It obviously can function as a normal tailgate whenever you want but the only time...
I kept getting georgia clay on my pretty limited mats and I hated to cover them up, but these floor liners are fantastic. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07V3P9C2X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I've had the normal weather techs in the past, but these seem more sleek to me...
Troncalli is my closest dealer, but they were really bad at responding to my electronic inquiries. I ended up buying from Mall of Georgia CDJR and was so glad that I did. My salesman (Ryan Bills) checked the status of my truck daily for the entire 3 month period and sent me a text message every...
Yeah, your truck will unload at the Hapeville Rail Yard, the same rail yard mine sat for 19 very long days waiting for a car carrier to take it to my dealership.
There are many factors involved. It took over two months for my truck to arrive at the dealership in north Georgia after reaching D1 status, albeit some of that delay had to do with the model year switch that changed my 2020 order to a 2021 order. Still, train transportation can take surprising...
Or longer. My estimated ship date also turned out to be the actual build date but a lot happens after that (inspections, transporting to a train, 1 or more train rides, sitting in the rail yard after unloading from train, more sitting in rail yard waiting for a carrier, more sitting in rail...
So today's update to the RAM website shows there are no rebates and no 0% financing for 2021s for my zip code (yesterday said $2k rebates + 0% financing for the Limited I had built). If I didn't know better, I'd swear they purposely delayed sold orders until Oct 1 when all incentives go away (my...
If the truck is really there, I find it interesting that they say Thursday (1st day of the new month). Hopefully the currently unpublished incentives for October are no worse than the current rebates/interest rates for September.
Unfortunately the hardest part is yet to come - when it is unloaded from the train at its final destination and it sits there for days/weeks waiting to hitch a ride to your dealer. Mine has been sitting a 45 minute drive from my dealer for 6 days now and no one can give an ETA.
