I havent had an issue with eTorque. Remember that these forums are a place where you see people noting problems, the people without problems dont come on and post threads "I have no problems, all is good"

There is lots of discussion in other threads on upgrades to audio systems. I'm assuming thats why nobody replied, its been talked about a lot

Are you trying to add eTorque to a non-eTorque truck? Honestly, I can't imagine that would be worth the complexity and cost. Not only is there hardware to install but you have software that needs to be update as the whole drivetrain interacts differently with eTorque vs. non.

Starting with 2023 model year you dont have a choice... unless you get a 2500 instead...

I hadn't really paid attention. My owners manual says once you are over 15mph, so maybe there is a time delay also associated such that it could be over 15mph by the time it actuates.

Of course not. I'm not a Neanderthal. Not sure why you'd assume that. I was asking them to service it, is that a bother to ask for service? For the record they didn't even want to service it, so I just did it myself. I do know now some dealers will service them.
