Update to this, allegedly there is a specific problem with a certain run of the 12" screen that is not properly taking update. They said Q3 there would be a fix for this. They did a full relearn and flash and I still don't see the options but I'm hopeful they will show up now after a few...
I had them installed today as well on my 2019 laramie, I got in and noticed the soft button wasn't there so I asked them. They said they flashed it, the accessories guy said he did it himself. Perhaps I need to wait the overnight to see if it shows up like others are saying.
Thanks for the responses everyone! I will check with the dealer, if I can't get it without the whole panel I can just live with it. I'm sure I've lived with it this long.
I just noticed I'm missing a piece off the switch panel located under the screen. I assumed all was normal but I sat in a another truck the other day and noticed it looked different. I had the trailer brake controller installed by the dealer when I first got the truck 2 years ago, my guess is...
15 Silverado in Rain Forest Green Metallic, which was a huge selling point to me. Had 57k on it when traded in.
Was a great truck, no issues at all.
Had a diablew tune, Gibson cat back.
Even with the tune, the Ram drives way better, and a much greater treat to drive.
Leveled with an extra 1inch...
No sway Hellwig in mine, get it all the time. Basically it occurs when I have say 1 finger or not putting much input into the steering so it seems. Not very inconsistent. But I'll be getting the Hellwig so I can see if it happens more often or not.
Yeah thats my thoughts, will drive it a bit now its aligned. But no off road group, just a 2" leveling kit. I will see about moving my mudflap to see if it allows for more clearance.
Seems we decided it was the offset/width that caused the rubbing. They did align it again, and it seems good now. The senior tech they put on it did mention that it didn't quite fall into spec where you would expect it to. Either way, not sure whats different about my truck besides the...
I'm going back again today, spoke to the manager there, he seemed dumbfounded that they would have to adjust it that far out in order to get it "aligned". I told him how I feel about the confidence here.
I spoke too soon, it still seems to want to walk to the left while the wheel is to the right. Now I've also noticed not even at full lock I'm rubbing in the front when turning left... so not even sure what in the world is going on with it. Its about to go some place else and cut my losses.
